Dr. David S. Schnapp, MD,
PC Dr. Schnapp went to the University of Stony Brook School of Medicine and graduated in 1990. He then went on to complete three years of General Surgery Residency followed by his Urology Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center where he was Chief Resident in 1995-1996. He has been in private practice since 1996. Dr. Schnapp’s areas of expertise include Robotic Laparoscopic surgery for prostate and kidney cancers. He performed the first robotic nephrectomy and robotic partial nephrectomy for kidney cancers in the North Shore Health System. He now routinely performs these operations at North Shore Manhasset and Saint Francis Hospital in Roslyn. Dr. Schnapp is also expert in the treatment of BPH, impotence, kidney stones, and urinary incontinence. He has written chapters in major Urology text books, published numerous scientific papers, and has made many public appearances to discuss diagnosis and treatment of Urologic disease. |

| Dr. Omid Rofeim, MD, FACS
Dr. Rofeim graduated Magna Cum Laude from CUNY-Queens College in 1993 and received his medical degree with Cum Laude from SUNY-Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn in 1997. His urology and general surgical training were completed at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in 2003. He served as Chief Resident in urology service during 2002-2003. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has written multiple journal articles, published a book chapter and has presented at numerous scientific meetings. His areas of interest and expertise include minimally invasive treatments of kidney stones and BPH (benign prostate enlargement), treatment of male and female incontinence, erectile dysfunction and urological cancers.
